Millitech offers a wide range of configurable components for millimeter-wave test and measurement. Existing RF test and measurement equipment can often be combined with Millitech components and assemblies to extend measurement capabilities to millimeter-wave frequencies. The benefits include:

The series DRA attenuator is a calibrated, frequency independent, and waveguide direct reading attenuator device, suitable to both instrumentation and calibration applications. This attenuator is available from 26.5 to 170 GHz in eight waveguide bands. The insertion loss is 0.5 dB in Ka-Band, increasing to 2.0 dB in D-Band. The direct reading attenuator has low VSWR and small variation in phase shift over frequency.

Millitech series MWA motorized waveguide attenuators are rotary vane devices which provide very accurate and repeatable attenuation. They are available for laboratory, ATE, STE, and OEM applications. Attenuation control options include a front panel digital keypad, GPIB interface control, and an optional Ethernet interface. Millitech’s unique no-slip drive mechanism ensures accuracy.
