Manufacturing Services Division (MSD) Capabilities
Ranging from commercial, off-the-shelf communications systems through
fully outfitted military satcom terminals, Millitech has successfully
participated in numerous prototype-through-production programs.
Millitech produces single or multi-band antennas and antenna systems
ranging from 16 inches to 10 feet in diameter, including X-, Ku-, Ka-,
and Q-band.
Manufacturing Services
- Prototype Development - Millitech has considerable expertise in the development and
manufacture of preproduction prototypes. Utilizing design for
manufacturability and assembly methodologies in the initial design
review and during the prototype phase, Millitech ensures each
program meets customer performance, schedule, and budget objectives.
- Turn-key Manufacturing
- Millitech is a turn-key manufacturing operation capable of
producing finished product from customer-provided designs and
drawing packages. Millitech utilizes document control, supply chain
management, program-specific manufacturing cells, and acceptance
testing to ensure quality product is delivered per customer
requirements.
Antennas
- Standard Products
- The
standard line of antennas can be viewed in the Antenna and
Quasioptical Product section in the Millimeter-wave Products
Division.

Custom Designs - Utilizing our engineering staff and design capabilities, we are
able to design antennas to meet our customer's specific

- Antenna Testing - Millitech utilizes a state-of-the-art
Indoor Compact Antenna Range (ICAR) and a fully outfitted RF lab coupled with a highly experienced staff for both design verification
and acceptance testing.
Pedestals and Systems
- Manufacturing
- Millitech provides the technical expertise in the material
management, fabrication, alignment, and testing of extremely complex
servo feedback, 3-axis stabilized antenna pedestals for both
military and commercial applications.
- Integration
- Final integration of antennas and pedestal assemblies is completed
to ensure the system level performance requirements are met for each
satcom, radar, and sensing system produced.
