Description

Millitech series HPC junction ferrite devices (circulators) cover the frequency range from 18 to 110 GHz. The circulator is a four-port, differential phase shift device which can be configured as an isolator by terminating two of the ports. The high isolation, low insertion loss, low VSWR (high return loss), and high power handling typical of these ferrite devices make them ideal for use with frequency sources, amplifiers, and receivers.

Also available from Millitech are low-to-medium power isolators and circulators. See series JFD for narrow-band low-loss circulators and isolators. Series FBI/WBI are full and wideband isolators. Millitech also manufactures quasioptical Faraday rotation duplexers. Contact Millitech sales with your specific application requirements.
